The PRIMEHIDE Warranty
We invest in the craftsmanship of every one of our items. We utilize only the best materials and the manufacturing techniques. We endeavor to ensure that each thing we sell is perfectly awesome. Our basic guarantee covers against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase subject to you activating your warranty below.
Only products purchased through our website or one of our authorised marketplaces with a valid proof of purchase are covered under the warranty. The Primehide warranty does not cover any other product or device sold by anyone other than Primehide and its official marketplaces. For products purchased via independent outlets, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.
All charges related to shipping are to be borne by the customer. We will not arrange any pick ups or courier services for the same. Once we receive your product, it would be inspected by our craftsmen. If a defect is found due to manufacturer’s workmanship, we will either repair or replace your product with the same style or a style of equal value based on the purchase price free of charge. We cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for replacement at the time of your claim. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement. A refund will only be issued if we’re not able to replace or repair your product or provide you with another product of equal value.
Not covered by the warranty
The limited warranty does not cover damages that arise from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, accidents or failure to follow the product instructions.
Some examples of what is not covered under our warranty are:
1. Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use.
2. Discoloration, wrinkles or dampness from storage or use.
3. Damage from adhesives.
4. Exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol.
5. Improper care.
6. Exposure to water or rain.
7. Breakage due to excessive weight.
