Delivery Times
- All delivery times provided by our courier companies are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Some deliveries may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and busy periods.
- All delivery times are quoted in working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders placed by 2:30 PM will be shipped on the same day.
- Personalised orders will require an additional 5-7 working days on top of the standard shipping times.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, are processed the next working day.
All orders are shipped using reliable, tracked courier services. Your tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

International Delivery
We ship to Europe and selected worldwide destinations.
International delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and all duties and taxes are included in the final price you see at checkout. No hidden fees on arrival.
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–12 working days.
Please note: some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
