ORDERING

You may place an order by following the website prompts and confirming payment.
Before finalising your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors.
When you click “Order with obligation to pay”, you are making an offer to purchase the goods.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order with an automatically generated email.
Once this email is sent, the contract between you and us is formed.
The contract relates only to the items detailed in our confirmation email.
If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at cs@primehideleather.co.uk.
The contractual language is English.
We have a legal duty to supply goods that conform to these Terms & Conditions.

PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

All prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price listed at checkout is the final price applicable to your order.
Occasionally goods may be incorrectly priced.
If this happens, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel.
Prices shown exclude VAT (where applicable) and delivery charges unless stated.
Delivery charges will be displayed before payment and confirmed by email.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

All orders are subject to availability.
We deliver worldwide but only to the address provided at checkout.

If you require a UK alternative address (e.g., workplace), please contact us before dispatch.

We aim to deliver within any estimated timeframe, or within 30 days where no date is specified.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier issues, etc.).
In such cases we are not liable for resulting delays.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Missed deliveries must be rearranged with the courier.

Payment must be received before we dispatch goods. 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason.

To cancel, email cs@primehideleather.co.uk or call us on (+44) 207 993 5451, clearly stating your intention.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrect.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

You are responsible for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is reasonably permitted in a retail shop.

FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD & REFUND ADJUSTMENTS

Orders qualifying for free delivery do so based on the final order value after discounts.

If you return an item and the value of your retained items falls below the free delivery threshold:

The standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

This does not apply where items are returned due to fault or our error. 

REFUNDS POLICY

If you cancel or return items:

  • We will refund the price paid for the returned goods

  • Less any applicable delivery charge as described above

  • Less deductions for wear or unreasonable handling

Refund timing:

  • Within 14 days of receiving returned goods

  • Or receiving proof of return

  • Or cancellation (if goods were not dispatched)

If goods are defective or incorrect, we will:

  • Provide a full refund, OR

  • Repair or replace the item (where appropriate)

We may refuse refund or reduce the amount if the returned item shows unreasonable use. 

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • Items are out of stock

  • We do not deliver to your area

  • There was a pricing or product error

You will be notified by email and refunded in full. 

TITLE AND RISK

Ownership passes to you once the goods are delivered and paid in full.
After delivery, items are held at your risk.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Losses that are unforeseeable

  • Losses caused by factors outside our control

  • Business losses (including loss of profit or goodwill)

Nothing excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud

  • Consumer rights under UK law

  • Defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control including:

  • Accidents

  • Extreme weather

  • Fire, flood, natural disasters

  • Failure of transport or telecoms

  • Strikes, lockdowns, industrial disputes

  • War, terrorism, government restrictions

GENERAL TERMS

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains valid.
Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
You may not transfer this contract without our written consent.
We may update these Terms without notice; the Terms in force at purchase apply.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by English law.
Disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may choose local courts.

WARRANTIES

Goods will match their description.
Defects discovered within 6 months must be reported promptly.

We may repair or replace defective goods unless disproportionate.
Wear-and-tear or accidental damage is not covered.

Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the goods.
