Christmas Exchanges:

We’re extending our standard 14-day free returns policy to a 28-day grace period for items purchased as Christmas gifts. This allows recipients ample time to request an exchange if the item differs from expectations.

Holiday Delivery Schedule:

Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery: To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your order by December 20th at 12 noon.

Final Dispatch Before Christmas: Orders will be dispatched until December 23rd.

Resumption of Dispatches: Order dispatches will recommence on December 30th.

Please note that while we continue to accept orders throughout the Christmas period, deliveries may experience delays due to holiday schedules. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
